The USS Wahoo (SS-238) was a Gato-class submarine used in The United States Navy which gained fame thanks to taking part in the battles in the Pacific during World War II. Historic sources claim that it sunk 20 Japanese ships. It was 95.02m long and 8.31m wide. The crew of the USS Wahoo consisted of 80 commanding officers and sailors. It was sunk on October 11th 1943 and the wreck was later discovered on October 31, 2006. Because of its effectiveness and bravery, it is commonly named as One-sub Wolf Pack.
