Everything you need for a one-of-a-kind tutu is in the box. Warning: may cause spontaneous dancing.

This kit includes different colors of tulle cut into strips, making it easy to tie knots and make the tutu full and colorful (no sewing!). With an elastic waistband and ribbons to decorate at the waist, it's easy to take on and off. Adhesive rhinestones make it easy to dazzle up your new tutu, and mini pom poms can be glued on with the included glitter glue (and feel free to add some glitter wherever you like). Design and create, then twirl around in a tutu all your own!
